As students complete their UCAS applications, they are encouraged to consider the wide range of higher education opportunities available at their local Further Education (FE) college.
FE colleges offer a variety of university-accredited courses, including Higher National Certificates (HNCs), Higher National Diplomas (HNDs), Foundation Degrees, Higher Level Apprenticeships and Degrees.
With benefits such as smaller class sizes, flexible learning options, affordable tuition fees and industry-standard facilities, FE colleges provide accessible pathways to higher education, helping students develop the skills and qualifications needed to achieve their career ambitions.
Prospective students are encouraged to visit their local college website to explore available courses and check application opening dates for September 2027 entry.
